Shipping: Our goal is to ship as quickly as possible. Standard ground order will ship 1-2 business days, subject to payment verification. Business Days do not include weekends or U.S Holidays. Shipping and handling fees depend upon the number of items ordered and method of delivery that is selected.Domestic standard shipments are processed through UPS, FEDEX or USPS. RETURNS: If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition. Under no circumstances can be used product returned.Slydo Cement Tools will give you a full refund for the purchased price of the item by your original method of payment when possible. Otherwise a check will be issued. Please allow up to 20 calendar days from day you return your package for your return to be credited.

PLEASE NOTE: Products shall not be returned without advance authorization from Slydo Cement Tools.

Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped or if products were flawed or damage in transit, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund.
